64 Girls have been reintegrated
We have a three year follow up process to ensure girls are being well cared for and work closely with families and communities. One of the ways we do this is through our Family Assistance Program (FAP). FAP offers families in need vocational training, financial education, and safe employment to combat the vulnerability and poverty oftentimes leading to trafficking. For families that don’t want to be in FAP, we oftentimes provide small business loans or a cow/pig/chicken to assist with supplemental income and seek to work with them to ensure success in their local community. For all girls reintegrated, we highly value education and financially back it so they may stay in school and combat the present statistics showing most girls of Cambodia dropping out prior to grade 6.
